I have to cancel my booking, what is your refund policy?
You can get a full refund for any cancellations within 48 hours of the time you made the reservation. After 48 hours your payment will be converted into store credit that you can use to go towards any of your future rentals within a year.
How do I pay my security deposit?
We offer plenty of options to pay your security deposit. It can be invoiced, and we also accept Zelle, Cash App, Apple Pay, as well as Cash.
What are your insurance requirements?
You will need a full coverage auto-insurance consisting of comprehensive and collision, plus liability coverage. Minimum coverage limits must be $100,000 / $300,000 / $100,000 for most exotic vehicles. And you and any other renters must be a listed driver on the policy provided. For high end exotics you will be required to take a picture holding your ID in front of the vehicle.
How do I get my security deposit back?
The return of your security deposit will be initiated within 24-48 hours after the return of your rental. We take time to inspect and take pictures to document the return of all our vehicles in order to provide the same great experience to the next client. Your deposit is usually returned to you via the same medium you used to pay it.
